Meet Michelle: A Holistic Approach to Healing

I’m Michelle Quiroga, a Licensed Professional Counselor, certified yoga teacher, and trauma-informed therapist. My work blends psychological insight, somatic therapy, and energetic practices to help you process trauma, regulate emotions, and deepen self-awareness in a way that feels both transformative and sustainable.

Using EMDR, IFS, breathwork, and movement, I take an intuitive yet grounded approach that honors both the mind and body. With a deep appreciation for esoteric wisdom and archetypal patterns, I recognize the many layers that shape healing and transformation, from personal experience to the deeper currents that run beneath it.

Therapy with me is collaborative and attuned to your needs, offering a space where you can go beyond surface-level change and explore the deeper layers of yourself—always at a pace that feels right for you.
